Two-time Series champion Serena Williams is an astounding 341-47 on hard courts in her career.

Serena Williams is returning the Bank of the West Classic, committing to play in the Stanford, Calif., tournament in 2014. She joins fellow Top 20 players Dominika Cibulkova and Ana Ivanovic in the field for the first women’s event of this year's Emirates Airline US Open Series.

Cibulkova is the Bank of the West Classic defending champion and the 2014 Australian Open runner-up, and Ivanovic is a former world No. 1 and the 2008 French Open titlist.

Williams won the title in Stanford in 2011 on her way to her first overall Series championship – she also won the overall crown in 2013 – and repeated in 2012, meaning she carries a nine-match winning streak into this year’s event.
